I saw this video on another blog and I don’t get it. Why are the dogs running around in the streets? Also, why is the car just parked in the middle of the street? You can hear it start up in the video before it honks and drives off.
Because in many parts of the world (in fact, in most of them outside the USA) dogs do not have homes and run in the street. Think outside your little box
I get so worried seeing doggies loose in the street like that, but it sure did make me laugh! I think If Milly knew a way to disable my vehicle (even temporarily) she’d do it every morning before I left for work!
Woof! Woof! This video was in the morning news … the station played it over n over again. Teaches commuters to slow down n beeping on dogs is not kind at all. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
