This Year: Save One, Foster One, Rescue One Dog
The plight of homeless, abandoned pets is overwhelming when we look at the raw numbers, but we can all make a difference, one person at a time, each doing a little bit. Take the step. Get involved. Volunteer. Foster. Adopt.

Pawsome video! It is such a great message to start off the New Year! With so many humans going through hard times I worry about all the pets and what will happen to them. My human and I pray that 2011 brings an end to all the hardships that so many are suffering, and that both humans and animals thrive in this New Year of 2011. Thanks for getting such an important message out.

Yes. We all must do our part.
Pile of mush. This is exactly right.
Awesome video, Neil! Thanks for sharing it. It’s been favorited and I’ll share it whenever possible!
Thank you. Just imagine the results if we all do just one thing to help a dog this year.
thank you so much for this beautiful video and so Important messege for all the animals,we can all do something little by little to change this for the animals, this year lets do more than ever!! to make a difference!! shared of course
Oh, here go the waterworks again! That was so good, and so true! That one really struck a chord for me. Thanks for sharing that one!
Touching! We promise to volunteer at the shelter, promise to transport on a regular basis, foster if necessary and promise to adopt one more dog in 2011!
The best thing we did in 2010 was open our home and our hearts to three puppies. We fostered them and one found a wonderful forever home. We have one more to find a home for!
I totally agree with this video – we MUST all do our part to save a dog. We have to open our hearts and the rewards we will get in return are amazing. Dogs give unconditional love but you won’t know that if you don’t rescue, foster or adopt. Please give alittle and you will get alot more back.
Yup. Pretty much a pile of mush myself. I just had to share this for added inspiration. All of the volunteers from our shelter (the one that closed down at the end of the year) have formed a Facebook group and we’re all sharing info about rescue groups and shelters that need our help and we’re even setting up orientation meetings with each one and going on to help where we can.
So, even though our shelter is no longer, all of us volunteers continue on to help other animals in need. I will be sharing this video with them. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I have posted this video yesterday, and it moved me to tears.
Such a sweet video with sweet, sweet faces. The love of a dog is one of the best things in life especially if one is single.
Thanks
What a wonderful post to start the new year! All of us can do something to help…no matter how small; it makes a huge difference! Thanks for the difference you make every day at Life With Dogs!
Thank you for posting this video. When Gisele created it, it was our hope that it would get shared broadly, perhaps even reaching past the rescue community to those happily naive about the state of homeless animals. With over 10,000 views in 5 days, perhaps our wish will come true. If many people will do just a little bit, if people will spay and neuter, we can change the world for these animals. Thank you again for sharing. ~ The Dog Liberator
Wonderful video production. Thank you for sharing the message! We have two rescue dogs in our family. My daughter, Amanda’s dog, Chino, is the joy of all ~ and Timber is the newest pup finding a home with my other daughter and her husband. Sharing love multiplies it ♥
Our dogs Thank for posting!
