All of my dogs do this after a bath. Never had mites or an ear infection. Some pups are just more animated than others. I thought this was too cute! Especially when he gets in the box, hahaha
That is cute, and also a typical reaction to water inside a dog’s ears. My guess is they did not do the cotton balls in the ears before the bath thing, or did not dry them afterwards. Leaving the water in can lead to fungal and bacterial problems.

This dog was in serious distress, and should have been held and consoled rather than laughed at. Whether it was water in the ear or another reason, there was nothing cute about this.
Adorable! All you people saying there’s something wrong, there’s not! This is very common. Both my dogs, a shih-tzu and a puggle would do this right after a bath. I don’t know what brings it on but they just get so excited and happy/playful/kinda crazy! It was pretty obvious, especially towards the end of this video, that the dog was just VERY playful.
