Eldad Hagar of Hope for Paws filmed his dramatic rescue of an abandoned dog found on the side of a busy highway. The terrified dog was frantic at first but after he realized that he could trust Eldad and the other rescuer, Myrna, he calmed down significantly.
The rescued dog, Rusty, is now looking for his forever home. He has been transformed by all the love and care being given him and is ready for the perfect family!
