Last week we told you about innocent Tara, a dog that was shot with an arrow while out on a walk, well Niagara Regional Police (NPR) have made an arrest.

A teenager from Welland, Ontario, Canada, has been apprehended in connection with this animal cruelty case.
Tara was shot on Sept. 3 and the arrest was made on Sept. 6.
The shooter is a 13-year-old boy who was charged with one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Authorities believe the incident was an accident and not intentional.
