Do you love pets? Dogs? Cats? Bunnies? Ferrets? Guinea Pigs? Any type of pet? Pets Add Life (Pal) has a contest where you can help an animal shelter win up to $15,000! It’s as easy as voting once every 24 hours and asking your friends to vote too.
Each and every day our local animal shelters work to save pets, find them homes and give them attention and love during their stay. Volunteers have hearts with the capacity to give and give and give, and countless people wish they had time to volunteer or funds to donate and help. The Shelter Showdown is a way for everyone to participate and help make a difference with just a few key strokes.
Just “like” Pal’s Facebook page, go to the Shelter Showdown link, and vote for your shelter. Pal is working with Petfinder in this contest so any Petfinder shelter is eligible to win. The contest is open through October 4th and winners will be announced the week of October 7th.
The 1st place shelter wins $15,000! $10,000 for holding a community-wide adoption event on November 19th, National Get a Pal For Your Pet Day, and a general $5,000 donation. The 2nd and 3rd place shelters each win general $5,000 donations.
