As part of their film series highlighting rescue efforts in Detroit, American Strays Project introduces us to Jennifer Clarkson, President of Dog Aide Community Awareness. Clarkson uses her love for dogs to help the community pool their resources together for animal welfare. Rather than just rounding up dogs and throwing them in shelters, they work with families to figure out how they can address certain problems.
