Kenny, a Doberman, was dumped at a local shelter in California for NOT being aggressive enough! He spent a crazy three years in the shelter before a rescue took him in. Unfortunately, someone later dropped a gate on him, severely damaging his spine. A team of vets recommended euthanasia after claiming that Kenny would never walk again.

That’s when Two Hands Four Paws, an award-winning canine rehabilitation center in Los Angeles, stepped in and took financial and physical responsibility for Kenny, in the hopes of seeing him restored and rehabilitated. The cost of Kenny’s care ended up being over $10,000, but these dedicated therapists didn’t let that stop them.

The team at Two Hands Four Paws rehabbed Kenny for three hours each day for nearly six months.

So, what happened to Kenny? It’s nothing short of a miracle!

Kenny’s story isn’t over, either. He has been fostered by Leslie and Bryan McMahon, who run Two Hands Four Paws. Now that Kenny is happy and healthy, he needs a forever home.

If you are interested in adopting Kenny, you can apply through the Bill Foundation. The Bill Foundation has partnered with Two Hands Four Paws to raise money for Kenny’s care and to now find him the perfect forever home.
