Steve Rasnick spent three days hoping Miki, his four legged best friend, was safe and sound. Last month, the pet owner parked his truck in a church parking lot in Bellevue, Wash., and area thieves stole his truck and took the dog with them. Luckily, the pet was found days later by Good Samaritans who wanted to reunite the dog her worried owner.

When the vehicle was stolen, Rasnick grew worried sick about his pet. He told Kiro TV that those three days without his pet seemed  a lot longer.

A few days after the truck was stolen, it resurfaced stripped down and abandoned in a Renton parking lot, however, Miki was still missing.

When police officers tweeted community members asking for any information regarding the dog, an area resident searched Craigslist and found a “Found Dog” ad matching the dog’s description. Police were alerted and thanks to the tip, Rasnick and Miki were reunited.

The stolen dog was found just a few blocks away from where the truck was abandoned. The Good Samaritans that found the dog posted the Craigslist ad  and hoped to reunite the dog with her owner.
