Poor Cooper!  No Valentine’s Day love for Cooper.  The day came and went, but no one showed up to bring him home.  This poor senior dog is just waiting with the good people of Guardians of Rescue in NYC, and has been stuck in foster for THREE YEARS!  Won’t someone please open their heart and home to this truly wonderful dog??

Let’s let Guardians of Rescue introduce Cooper:

The day came and went and Cooper still is waiting for his loving, forever home and family.  It has been over three years since we rescued this gentle, quiet dog from a now-defunct animal Sanctuary, where he had lived in deplorable conditions for several years.

Cooper would be a wonderful companion to anyone who opened their heart to this senior dog.  He loves going for walks and playing in water, but is also content to just watch bugs buzzing around or listen to the breeze through the trees, while he soaks up the sun or lays on a porch.  Cooper, a lab mix, has never had a good home, so it would be wonderful if he could live his years out in one full of love.

Please share and together let’s get Cooper a home so this older guy can finally know the security of a family and a home to call his own.  Please contact Save-A-Pet for more information on Cooper @ 631-473-6333 or saveapetny.org to complete an application.  Because Cooper would prefer to have all the attention, it would be best if he was the only pet.  Together We Save Them!
