Toni Brown-Griffin spent years of her life housebound due to severe seizures. Her husband was prepared to quit his job and stay home to take care of her full time when she met her first therapy dog. That was fifteen years and three therapy dogs ago. In an interview with the Telegraph, she describes the changes AJ is making in her daily life, and his method of alerting her: licking her hand 50 minutes before a major seizure comes on. It’s just fascinating, and another wonderful example of dog greatness.
