The owner of Sweet Paws Rescue in Essex, Massachusetts is missing her own dog, and has offered up a $1,000 reward for the safe return of her Opie.  He lives with Cynthia Sweet, and she misses him terribly.

Sweet’s mission with Sweet Paws has always been to help re-home dogs in need.  Now, she’s asking for help in locating her missing dog Opie.  He’s described as having black and tan fur, and sports two collars.  One orange reflective one, and another black one that has dancing bears on it.

Opie was last seen by Sweet at home on January the 6th around 3pm.  He’s believed to have wandered off his home property, and hasn’t been seen since.

Sweet and her staff at Sweet Paws Rescue have helped rescue thousands of dogs in their time of operation.  Opie means the world to her, and she has set up a special Facebook page to help find Opie.  You can view that by clicking here.  Also, more information is posted to the rescue group’s separate website, which can be viewed by clicking here.  There is also even more information on www.findopie.org.

Anyone with any information on Opie’s location and well-being is urged to contact the rescue group at one of the above links.  Come on Life with Dogs fans!  Let’s help out someone that has help out so many dogs herself.  Let’s help find Opie!
