Salt and Pepper: Two Homeless Dogs are Taken off the Streets in Heartbreaking Rescue

By Fred 1 Comment

Salt and Pepper were two dogs taken off the streets in Texas by rescuers doing their daily feeding rounds.  The condition that these dogs were found in was just horrible, and Texas is having A LOT of problems with stray dogs right now.  In fact, many cities all over the world have a massive population of underfed and under-loved dogs, and it’s time something is done about it.
