Dog Abandoned When Family Moves Away Gets the Rescue He Needed

This poor dog was abandoned by his family when they moved out of the house they were living in.  Neighbors were feeding him, but he had become terribly matted and needed to be brought in.  So, Hope for Paws and Rescue from the Hart came out to rescue him, and he’s a much better dog today!
