Hello loyal Life With Dogs readers.  Our LWD Adoptable Dog of the Day is this guy here.  He’s currently in the care of a busy San Bernardino, California animal control shelter, and has no one at all at this point.  He’s a special needs case, and really could use some help.

According to a woman advocating on behalf of the poor dog, “The Shelter said he’s friendly.  Staff hasn’t been able to get a picture of the cancer.  The vet said this dog is 6-years-old, Petharbor says 7.  Regardless, he’s a fairly young dog who I hope has some living still to do.  It’s possible he is out of time – or he has limited time, or it’s possible he can be treated.  Either way he deserves to live the rest of his life, safe, loved, warm and cared for.”

He was brought in as a stray, and his stray holding period isn’t officially up until January 31st.  However, the shelter is willing to foster him out on a medical basis if someone can help.  If you aren’t making any additions to your family currently, perhaps you could share this guy’s story on Facebook and other social media?  We know how awesome all of our readers are, and you always come through for us.

You can learn more about this dog by calling the San Bernardino City Animal Control at 909-384-1304 and asking for information on animal number A501082.  You can see his Facebook post by clicking here, and please, share this sweet boy’s story as much as possible.  Someone out there HAS GOT to be able to help.  We just know it.
