It may have taken awhile, but Gabe here is finally ready to go to a good home with a loving forever family. He’s currently with the good people at the Trio Animal Foundation in Chicago, Illinois, and we are proud to present Gabe as our Life With Dogs Adoptable Dog of the Day! They know that he’s a great dog, and just needs a chance to show you how sweet a dog can actually be.
Poor Gabe came to the Trio animal Foundation with some pretty nasty dental issues. Thankfully, medical and dental professionals working as hard as they could were able to help him out and get him back to 100% health. There may be a bit of aftercare necessary, but all things considered, he’s good to go.

We are so happy to have Gabe back in our care after he received medical care for his dental issues! He is doing very well, is very friendly and loves other dogs.
Gabe is a 24-pound terrier mix, likely 3-4 years old. He is crate and house trained, likes to go for walks and does ok on car rides. He would do well in a home with kids over 10, with another dog or on his own.
