Good day, loyal Life With Dogs readers!  Our friends at the Fulton County Animal Services have a special urgent case they’ve brought to our attention, so we’re featuring him as our LWD Adoptable Dog of the Day, today.  His name is Niko, and he’s with the Fulton County Animal Services shelter in Atlanta, Georgia.

Niko is a male, black Lab, and this shelter is proving to be a bit too much for him.  As many of us know, they can be loud, smelly and some dogs just don’t do well being housed in them.  Niko really needs a home, even if it’s a temporary foster situation.  He’s a really playful and loving dog, and would be an awesome addition to any active family.

Let’s let the Fulton County Animal Services introduce Niko:

Our sweet Niko has been here for too long.  He is such a great pup that has seen countless kennel-mates move on to their forever home.  He is about 6 years old and calms right down after a little romping around outside.  He has a stunning glossy black coat and loves to greet everyone with a tail wag and kisses.  Please give this boy a chance.
