Little Alina is a survivor.  She may not look that big, but this dog is one tough cookie!  She has survived a case of parvo virus, and made it through some pretty difficult times to get to where she is today.  She’s about 14 weeks old, and has been just as sweet as sugar for her rescuers.  She’s staying with Rescue Dogs Rock NYC, and we’re featuring Alina as our LWD Adoptable Dog of the Day.

Alina is a laid back and chill dog, which is not what you usually find with her breed.  She loves to play and have fun just like any other dog.  Fetch, walkies, and adventures are not off the table by any stretch of the imagination.  However, Alina is also fine lazing about having a nap in the warm afternoon sun, or snuggling up on the couch on those cold or rainy days.

Alina is fully up-to-date with all of her shots, and Rescue Dogs Rock NYC are proud to report that Alina is in very good health.  As mentioned, she has survived parvo, but not to worry.  The parvo didn’t have any long-term health issues for her, and there’s not any after care that you’ll have to worry about when adopting this adorable little dog.

We here at Life With Dogs and the good people at Rescue Dogs Rock NYC think that Alina would make an amazing addition to just about any family.  She’s young, and will require a little more training, but she really has all the potential in the world to be awesome.  She’s good with other dogs, but there’s no word on how she handles cats.
