They’re a beautiful May-December love story…!

Looking for a terrific two-fer?

This Pennsylvania pair may be an odd couple, but the folks at Main Line Animal Rescue in Phoenixville say they’re both wonderfully even-tempered!

Fidgey is a senior of 13, but Wynn Dixie is only about three years old. They’re a bonded pair who needs to find a forever home together.

Before coming to Main Line, they lived contentedly in a home with two cats, but sadly, the family was no longer able to care for them — and so all the animals entered the adoption program at MLAR.
Thanks to a grant from the Grey Muzzle Organization, which helps senior dogs in need, MLAR staff and volunteers were so happy to be able aid this sweet pair of pups.

Fidge1
Both pups are dog-, kid-, and cat-friendly!

They are quite the unique and dynamic duo, but are so cute together!

Fidgey is a really cute, mixed-breed weenie of about 20 pounds. Wynn Dixie is adorable, friendly, outgoing, playful, good with other dogs, good with kids, good with cats, housetrained…. “Seriously,” say staffers at MLAR, she’s just about perfect! Wynn Dixie is medium-sized, so she’s easy to handle and control and she listens very well to gentle correction, so she’s easy to walk.”

Fidgey and Wynn Dixie reside in a kennel run together and go out to the fenced-in play yards to run and get attention from the volunteers. Both are to collar-up and walk on leashes and are house-trained as well.

If you think you’d like to come see this dynamic duo, MLAR wants you to fill out an application!
You’ll find more information about their adoption process HERE.

PLEASE NOTE: They are a BONDED PAIR and must go to a home together.
