Bathing Bravo Is Not so Easy

There are some dogs that enjoy bath time, but there are others that rather do anything but get a bath. When you have a little dog it is easy to pick him up and place him in the tub, but when your dog is as large as Bravo, getting him in the tub and making him stay in there is not so easy. Bravo wasn’t sure if baths were a good thing, and after a comical start to his bath routine he realized baths weren’t bad after all.

  1. Ren’s Pet Depot sells an oversize bath tubs for dogs. It is very practical. We wash our golden Retriever in it and we are so happy with it.

  2. Getting my last dog into the tub was like hauling a war protester or a wet back of cement. The current dog has been trained from day two to get in the tub himself. He doesn’t love it, but he knows there are treats involved.
    Bravo! to Bravo…………….

  3. Baths, meh. My dog loves being toweled dry. As a Pacific NW dog, that’s pretty much after every walk this time of year due to rain.

  4. I would take Albert, my St. Bernard to the self-bathing place. I would have to walk up into the tub so he would follow me, then jump back out. That’s why I couldn’t bathe him at home any more. We both couldn’t fit into the bathtub.
