“I feel like I have been privileged to have been befriended by amazing dogs throughout my life!”
“Someday there will be more last survivors — of World War II, the Holocaust, Korea, Vietnam and, yes, 9/11.”
Today is the anniversary of what many call the single worst attack on US soil, ever. We honor those brave dogs of the search and rescue teams from Ground Zero.
Bretagne was at ground zero for the 9/11 attacks on the United States, helping find survivors. She was given a special birthday party as a thank you.
