“Milo was found playing with kids in a rural area of Alabama when he was picked up by animal control,” Rescue Dogs Rock NYC said.
A total of 23 people were arrested, 41 cars had to be towed away from the property, and there was one person that was also hit with a drug possession charge.

“When you abuse and neglect a dog, much like if you did it to a child, our society is not going to put up with it,” said Chief Deputy Randy Christian.
Ludivine completed the 13.1 mile course in just over an hour and a half. She even received a medal for her impressive seventh place finish.
Public Safety Director Col. Jim Smith said, “The cruelty these dogs were shown is painful to see, and we couldn’t stand by and allow them to suffer.”

Demontt Allen from Huston, Texas plead guilty to conspiracy charges Tuesday in Montgomery, Alabama along with William Antone Edwards of Brantley, and Lawrence Watford of Adel, Georgia. No sentencing date has yet been set. Conspiracy is a crime punishable by up to five years in Federal prison, and fines of up to $250,000.
“I had to take my gloves off, and I started not feeling my hands when I tried to grab the dog” Wesley said. “ My hands and arms were extremely cold. The dog was freaking out.”
“Today marks the beginning for these dogs – they’ll never again have to fight for entertainment or live at the end of a chain,” said Janette Reever, of the humane society.
