“She has the sweetest little soulful eyes,” said Fetching Tails co-founder Kristen Gottschalk. “She’s definitely a fighter.”
“The only thing I could think about was the dog. When they brought her out she was basically gone.”

Thankfully, no one else was in the home at the time of the fire other than the dog, and the dog was smart enough to get as far away from the flames as possible until help could arrive.
