Agree…not funny when people tickle babies and not funny when they tickle puppies either!
The puppy is in distress! He wants to get away.. Ugh the stupid person on the video needs to learn dog body language and stop gleefully giggling while jabbing the poor puppy in the neck over and over while he is trapped on his back… Yawning repeatedly is a huge stress indicator..
