Mitchell & Dash had been racers for most of the lives and the constant training and running caused them such harm, both suffering from severely broken legs.  Were it not for Midwest Greyhound Adoption rescuing the pair, they may not have survived.
Thankfully, their legs have been surgically repaired and are looking at 2-3 months of critical care to assure their recovery. Then, the boys will be ready to be adopted and find their forever homes.
