Dog Throws Tantrum When Human Wants to Leave Park

This dog plays dead, to try to get to stay and play in the park.

How do you know that this dog is a spoiled dog?  Take a look at the tantrum he throws when his human tells him it’s time to go home.  WHAT. A. HAM!  OK, so you played dead, and it worked.  You can stay, but now what?  How do you go back to playing after that?

  1. Maybe he gets little attention or exercise during the day. Hey should take the dog to a doggy daycare so it will be happier. No I do not know their situation …. I was just guessing. That is funny though.

  2. This monster pretends like he has to pee and doesn’t actually pee or that he’s thirsty and puts his head in the fountain but doesn’t actually drink. One time he went dead weight in the middle of the dog park and I had to carry him out. Stubborn ass but I love him. Just like my husband.

I like this post: How do you know that this dog is a spoiled dog? Take a look at the tantrum he throws when his human tells him it’s time to go home. WHAT.A.HAM! O…

  4. Maybe the dog hadn’t had enough exercise. They get bored. A good dog is a tired dog from exercise. When taking a walk they like to go around the block not halfway, then turn around.

  5. My golden does EXACTLY this when she doesn’t want to come in, or when she doesn’t want to go out!! I’m only about 40 lbs heavier than her so dragging or carrying is pretty much not an option. Really good treats will sometimes work, and most times I just give up 🙂

  6. Yup, this is funny. On the other hand, I’d like to yank this guy’s arms out of their sockets and put a collar around his neck and drag his ass along the ground and see how he likes it.

  7. My dog Biskit Perez threw the worse tantrum when we tried to leave the dog park too early. He acted like we were trying to kidnap him. He was howling and barking and throwing a fit. People were coming up to us and asking what was wrong. It was really unbelievable. I guess that’s what spoiled doggies do.

  8. Alex Noelle Luton this made me think of your posts the last few days. The next time my kids melt down in public, I’m going to pretend they are puppies. Maybe?

  9. The neighbors dog likes to visit my dog on his way past my house. When it’s time to say goodbye, he goes dead weight on my porch. He’s like 80lbs so I have to pretend I’m bringing my dog out for a walk to get him to get up. Drama queen.
