Sgt. Joe Nicholas is a former New Jersey K9 officer. Now that he’s no longer on active duty, he’s on a mission traveling the country and sharing his expertise with the rest of the police world. From locating missing persons to tracking down prison escapees Joe will use his expert canine tracking skills and his unique brand of “dogability” to tackle these tough cases.

  1. If someone wanted to get into search &the rescue using dogs, how would they go about it. Thank you for your time in answering this question. I am interested in learning how and about dog training.

  2. your the last one that can save my dog! He isn’t even 2 yrs old and by tomorrow he will have to be euthanized because of all the laws in dog ordinance(he bit 2 people). We can’t have him moved to a rescue farm we found because we have to do everything they were going to do but he’s not able to be moved because everything in the law says that it has to be done in Pa.! Bull crap!! The dog is a german sheperd and very protective!!!
