Pets Add Life (PAL), officially declares November 19, National Get A Pal For Your Pet Day. Recognizing the benefits of owning multiple pets, the day is set to encourage pet parents to consider adopting additional furry, winged and/or finned family members.

Founded by APPA, the PAL campaign is designed to demonstrate the joys and benefits of responsible pet ownership and encourage an increase in animal adoption. In addition to bringing happiness into the home, it is proven that pets help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, prevent heart disease and fight depression.
