Outpouring of Support for Fire Victim

Yesterday’s heartbreaking news about a fire victim who lost his adopted dog after it saved him broke your hearts and ours, and everyone has been asking how they can help.

Surprisingly, an official fund for donations has not yet been established for Scott Dunn. Cards and donations can be sent to, or left at his home address of 607 Joel Drive, Marietta, GA 30066. Keep in mind that mail will be held for Dunn, so your donations should be safe. Donating directly is likely your safest choice.

Officials still have yet to determine what caused the fire. Dunn told reporters his gas had been cut off a month ago and that he and Duncan had been sleeping in the living room and using a space heater during recent cold weather.
