Ultimate Devotion: Newlyweds Sacrifice All, Raise $16,000 to Cure Dog’s Cancer

A reader was kind enough to alert me to this beautiful story tonight, and it was everything I could do to rush and get a post together in time for Thanksgiving. I am glad I was able to, because this is wonderful message for the holiday, from a family who is so thankful for the love of a dog that they were willing to sacrifice nearly everything for him.

Save an Angel is completing it’s 501 c3 non-profit status and continues to raise money for the next dog who needs $16,000 for a bone marrow transplant. The couple hope to offer advice and assistance to those who find themselves in similar circumstances.

Every dog in need should be so fortunate, and Johnny and Kristie Sullens are an inspiration. Their unwavering dedication is a wonderful reminder that with a lot of love, determination, and a positive attitude, anything and everything is possible. ♥
