The Saturday Pet Blogger Hop/Chase’s Story
Happy holiday weekend, and thanks for stopping by for this Saturday’s hop. Before we get to it I wanted to share one last video from Hope for Paws that we could not get to yesterday. Ok we finally joined!
Whoo hoo! I finally did it. I have no idea what time zone I’m working on, but hey, if you want to shake your paw at me, get a number.
Time to cruise. … And thank you for getting bunny hop music stuck in my head.
Phew. That’s so hard to watch and so wonderful. Really good video.

I found the Chase video online a few months ago and was moved to tears by his transformation. So many dogs get misunderstood because of the treatment they received before. I am so glad he saved Chase from a certain death. Dogs who bite usually don’t make it – no matter what their backstory is, so Chase is very lucky. And, happy!
What a cute puppy! We’re so happy she got a second chance! Mom is bawling her eyes out – tears of joy, you know. BTW, how to we vote for Hope for Paws? We clicked on a couple pages, but couldn’t find a vote button. It’s Saturday a.m. and we haven’t had our cuppa joe yet
Thanks so much for all you do for the animals!

Woof! Woof! Very Nice. Happy Holiday BLOG HOP Weekend. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
Hopped on by to say hi! The video made my Mom both happy and sad that some humans can be so mean to us dogs. Happy blog hop.

Tears, tears, tears! Both happy and sad, of course… thanks for sharing this wonderful video. I’m going to go give Bella a hug.
So glad that Chase has found a loving and caring home at last. Thanks for sharing the video!
Chase looks quite a bit like my Frankie; so glad someone gave him another chance.
Hello! I am new to your blog. I love dogs too : )
Have a great weekend.
I am already a fan, although I came to you today as a result of the Blog Hop! You may not be aware that I named your blog “a Top Blog / Tweeter to #followfriday” yesterday! http://ama.cx/15topblogs It is because of poignant stories like Chase’s story that I am such a fan. Plus, who can resist your avatar!?
I have seen this video several times and it always affects me. I have seen a followup photo of Chase and what a little lovie. He is loved and cared for now. Thank you Hope for Paws!!
What a special story – we wish Chase a successful op on his back legs. Feel like jumping up and down with a “Whoopee” thrown in. Have a peaceful (?) weekend, but somehow doubt it!
Hugs xoxo

Wooo! I’m in again!
That was such a sweet story, and an amazing turn around in three days! What a lucky girl!
Never did get the chance to thank you for organizing this blog hop way back when – we’ve met quite a few new friends.
Beautiful video, Chase is adorable.
We’ve seen the story of Chase several times before and it is sad that so many frightened animals are destroyed without a chance.
Some day we’re going to get to join your blog hop.
Way to go Chase!!! We are the second chance generation…feel the L.O.V.E
Since it’s a holiday weekend and I’m catching up… I’m going to join the blog hop for once at last!!! Happy Labor Day weekend!

Twink!

We have had some rough weeks here wif all kinda emotions battlin their selves, but this video make us all reflect on my first few days here…and I am STILL growin some 800+ days later!
O how we wish the Chase the same!
wif love from the Luke
Chase reminds me of Carrie—their actions are the same, except Carrie doesn’t bite. She was abandoned at a Petsmart in Tennessee, rescued by Westie Rescue of Tenn and great ladies, Carol and Pam. She now leads a life of royalty in St. Petersburg, Florida with new parents, Mike and Rosemaryandcanine bro, Radar!
I’ve seen this before but I love it so much I had to comment anyway. I’m so glad the right person got to this poor baby who only needed some love!
Like many of you I am sitting here with tears running down my face -overjoyed for Chase having a loving second home. And madder than hell about the scumbag who first had her.
