The Saturday Pet Blogger Hop/Tipsy's First Kill

It’s time to kick off another hop and have fun meeting some new bloggers, but let me share a fun, brief clip before you go! This just ran on our local news and was too cute to keep to ourselves. Join us as we congratulate Tipsy on completing this most important rite of passage. The first snowfall of couch stuffing is a special day in a dog’s life, and Tipsy looks so very proud!

I really, really, really hope my dog does not feel attached to such a ritual. Really.

    Hi Y’all,
Oh dear! My Humans would put me up for adoption, me thinks! At the very least I never would have earned freedom…it would have meant long days in my house unless Human eyes were upon me! Don’t get me wrong. I love my house and eat my meals there and even nap there…but it is much more fun deciding when I want to go there instead of humans making the decision…
What happened when the humans came home?

OMG. That is the most amazing thing I’ve seen! Who could imagine the damage a doggie or two could inflict on a couch!.

Thanks for sharing that wonderful video!

Not showing this video to Ruby – she’s already chewed my brand new progressive lenses twice in the last month, and does NOT need any more ideas for inflicting expensive damage!! Wow, what a rite of passage. It does look like it snowed!!

Oh my! All I can say is that he’d better save them from a fire or a burgler sometime after that!

Happy Saturday Blog Hop! Oh, Tipsy does indeed look very proud! We have had that “snow” look in our house many times too – but mostly pillows! Good job, Tipsy!

Wif maturity and a tremendous amount of gratitude… me and the Bleu boaf shudder at the fought of the sofa snow… but the Mom chuckle on a counta her Comet was the source of many special snow days. I don’t know what a ‘lovable hellion’ is, but the Mom has tears in her eyes and a smile on her face.

    Love the video!

Luckily Murphy has never tried to eat anything that large, although he has done a bit of redecorating in my car. I guess he didn’t like the look of the parking break or the carpets in the back.

Yep there is nothing better than remembering the first major de-stuffing of furniture. Mine was the futon couch oh those were the days…. When I was young and could get away with such antics.
