My boxer has me trained. He taps my shoulder and waits until I lift the blanket up for him, he walks under, waits until I reposition my legs, curls up and goes to sleep.

have dominion over them. And to say you love dogs better than you love
people and to idolize them is putting them ahead of people and God. Don’t
get me wrong, I love animals. I grew up on the farm. I only had two store bought dolls. My dolls were, baby pigs, baby kittens, baby chicks. They were my friends and playmates and I loved every minute of it but I did not feel that they took the place of any human in my live. I had five brothers who were always off in the woods hunting, fishing, or helping my dad with something. We did have two dogs at separate times. Both were Bull Dogs.
Buster was a brindle color (brown with stripes) and Buddy was a solid
white. He was my buddy and followed me every where I went. My mom
let me roam the farm wherever I wished too because she knew Buddy was
by my side. Love your pet but let them be your pet not your idol. OK?

A life of a dog have become better than a human. No bills to pay, no cooking, laying around all day. Sometimes I think if I know there was resurrection I would come back as my daughter’s dog, she treats him better than me. Dogs are smart and when they are in a good family, they have it made.
I had a boyfriend who said that if he were reincarnated, then he wanted to come back as my dog. I reminded him that he would, of course, then get neutered. LOL He changed his mind!
