Actor Tom Felton Writes Sweet Note to Make Sure His Dog Travels Safe on British Airways

Harry Potter star Tom Felton showed he’s nothing like his villainous character from the franchise Draco Malfoy, especially when it comes to his dog Timber. Yesterday he flew Timber on British Airways to bring her to Los Angeles and wrote an adorable note to accompany her on her trip letting the British Airways employees just how to care for her.

The note that accompanied Timber on her flight read: “Hi I’m Timber. (I’m very nervous and scared so please be kind to me and lift me carefully so I don’t panic.) I’m flying with BRITISH AIRWAYS on flight BA 269 at 1500 to arrive in LAX (Los Angeles) at 1805 where my Daddy will be picking me up. Please be nice to me and reassure me as I’m a really nervous flyer. Thank you so much. I hope you have a lovely day! Timbs”

Felton even went on to tweet at British Airways to make sure his dog was well taken care of. He tweeted: “Dear @British_Airways pilot. Please get my little girl here safely, she’s very precious…thank you!” The UK airline tweeted him back saying, “Hope Timber enjoys her flight Tom.”

Timber’s flight was successful and she is now safely with her “Daddy” in Los Angeles. The actor tweeted a photo this morning thanking British Airways for getting his precious cargo to him safe and sound.

What a lovely young man and so glad Timber is safely with her Dad! She is clearly loved very much and I completely understand his trepidation putting her on a flight and anxiously waiting for her safe arrival.

What a great story. I love that BA actually tweeted back. I think its great that you do get a reassuring response when your furry friend is flying. Nice to hear.
