The video was amazing…what’s more amazing is how the owners take care of him as well as they do! A truly amazing fellow.

My comment has to do with a problem I have with a neighbor and his illegal use of fireworks about a block from my house. What concerns me is the effect that the noise is having on my dogs. They kind of go nuts whenever this idiot is firing them off and one dog in particular has epilepsy and begins to start a seizure and she shakes all over and frantically pants. This kid lives very close and he is shooting off stadium type fireworks when it isn’t even the 4th of July or anywhere near it. He is also creating a fire hazard in his neighbor hood. The problem is that I have told the Sheriff’s office 3 times already and I wait a few days and the kid is still lighting them off. I wrote the fire marshall here in Sacramento California and they ignored my letter. I called the ASPCA and they told me to call the Sheriff’s office, Been there done that….So I am at a loss since law enforcement is out to lunch and it seems no one cares about the problems this person is creating among his neighbors. What do I write the governor and tell him?
