Three people and a dog were rescued from a tree during flooding in Elysian Valley, California. Â The Los Angeles River was so overfull, it burst its banks and flooded out a good portion of the area.
The LA Fire Department got a call advising that someone was stuck in a tree, with water rushing by in a torrent around them. Â When they arrived, they found three people in the tree, along with a dog.
All three people were rescued and so was the dog. Â The survivors all have the quick thinking and excellent training that the fire department’s swift water rescue team.
