Good day, Life With Dogs readers!  We are very proud to present to you a real sweetheart of an Adoptable Dog of the Day.  Her name is Marley, and she comes to us today courtesy of the Douglas County Animal Services Shelter in Douglasville, Georgia.

Marley has only ever know life at the end of a short rope outdoors, or life in a kennel at a shelter.  The good people at the shelter have asked us to share Marley’s story with you, and we couldn’t be happier to oblige.

Let’s let the Douglas County Animal Services Shelter introduce Marley:

Meet Marley!  She is a very sweet shepherd mix puppy who needs a home!  Poor Marley was taken in by the shelter after she was discovered being illegally tethered outside all day and night.  She is very, very shy but warms up quickly to anyone willing to give her some love.

This pretty girl has all her basic vaccines and her adoption fee is $65 which includes a microchip and a voucher for a free spay and rabies vaccine!  Come visit her any time the shelter is open- it doesn’t matter where you live as long as you are at the shelter for the adoption.
