Joey was found abandoned on the streets of California. When found he was scared and dirty and his chances at finding a forever home looking like that were minimal.
With the help of OC Animal Care and Hollywood Rescue Grooming the stray was groomed and turned into a handsome and charming pooch.
Love, a bath and a good grooming session helped Joey get adopted and find his forever home.
