A Message to All from Hope for Paws

With the colder weather coming for most of us here in the United States, and many other places abroad, the time to remember our furry friends is here more than ever.  There are so many abandoned dogs out there, tired of life on the streets with no food and shelter.  Remember folks, they rely on us just as much as we rely on them.  They give us so much, and expect nothing but love in return.  If you can, please contact your local animal shelters, and see if there isn’t some way you can help.  It doesn’t always have to be money, sometimes, some love and attention are all they need.

  1. I watched the video. I cried. I wish I had the resources to rescue all the animals in need, but unfortunately not even close. My heart breaks for these animals. I pray everyday for these babies.

  2. I cried also. I wish I had the money to save all these babies. I would just put the owners out on the streets and let them freeze with no good. God bless these animals.

  3. Haiyouf – So am I. I’m a US Citizen and have been lucky not to see any homeless dogs in my area in NYC, but I know their are abandoned dogs here in the city (proof are the shelters in NYC). I am very disappointed at the USA for it’s lack of laws or lack of punishment for animal abuse. Some states still have gas chambers for dogs. There are cruel people all over the world. Unfortunately, the USA doesn’t lack cruelity.

  4. If you can’t afford a pet don’t get one. I know stuff happens but being broke isn’t an excuse. You don’t just abandon your family member.

  5. People need to remember or ask if its ok to buy them a dog for Christmas and ask if the dog is safe around kids as well as being trained
