Even though this story had a happy ending, why didn’t someone in the neighborhood try to help this baby? I have seen this before and it is so heartbreaking to me.
I know…he was on the street for a year….why did the neighbors not call someone a year ago?!? Just make a phone call!

Awe the poor little fella, Im so glad he has been rescued and I hope he finds a good loving home. When I was watching the clip and he was crying when he was first caught 2 of my dogs got all excited and ran up onto my lap and watched the clip very curious. I told them he doesn’t have the pampered lives you all have lol. If Theo was in Australia id give him a loving home. How horrid those people are to just move and leave him there like he was nothing and I don’t understand why the neighbors did nothing either
