It’s just life in her part of the world, Australian kelpie breeder Aticia Grey said to Australia’s ABC news media outlet, surprised after a video she posted went viral. Grey resides in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The 1:38 clip features 13 of her dogs running in sandy terrain alongside her quad bike.

“I just got the phone out and tried to video it, tried to make it seem like I had them organized and under control,” Grey said.

That’s when the dogs – who knew the oasis of a water trough lay at the bottom of the slope – took off running for a cool, splashy dip.

  1. I just wanted to say that I loved the video. I have a Kelpie named Chasca and she is the best dog (most of the time- her adopted brother gets her into trouble sometimes.) We rescued her nearly 12 yrs ago and she is still doing well. She is so smart! I want another Kelpie when the time is right. Thanks for taking great care of your dogs.
