Any parent of human children can say that when summer arrives and school is out, there is a mad dash to sign the kids for summer camps or any available activities that will keep the children busy. Swimming camps are fairly popular, especially if you live in an area where the summers are unbearably hot, but why should just human children enjoy a good swim? How about our fur-babies? Well, a water park just for dogs has opened in Roca del Valles, Spain.

The facility, called The Resort Canino Can Jane, is a five-start hotel for pets, with water slides, durable inflatables, pools for large and small breed dogs, and it is located about 30 minutes from Barcelona.

The entrance fee is just £10 for adults and dogs, and your fur-baby will not only swim along other canines, but you can interact and play with your pet in the water too.

Manager Federico Cano told The Daily Mail he “designed [the resort] so that it was a little bit like a beach with a gradual slope that is exactly what dogs appreciate.”

Canine customers are more than happy to splash water around and enjoy their day in the sun. So far the only problem is getting the dogs out of the water at the end of the day.

Don’t you wish there was a local canine pool for you pet in your area?
