Hungry, Scared, and Injured Poodle is Rescued by Blue Guardian Rescue

Blue Guardian Rescue was called specifically by other rescues to catch the sickly matted poodle they named Tootsie they’d been trying to catch for nearly 6 months. Follow Melanie & Eliot Smith as they take Tootsie through the beginning stages of rehabilitation.
