Today’s Adoptable Dog of the Day is Papi!

4.29.16 - Papi2

Papi has been waiting at Charlestown Animal Shelter in Rhode Island for almost two years now!  He was found wandering the streets with a 40 pound chain around his neck, and no one has come in to claim him.  He’s been sitting there wondering when a loving family will come in and take him home.  He’s about four years old, he’s a pit mix, and would be best suited to a home with no young children, and definitely no cats, please.

If you think Papi might be the dog you’ve been looking for, you can click here to be taken to the Charlestown Animal Shelter’s website, or you can call them directly at 401-364-1211.  Remember, DON’T SHOP!  ADOPT!  There are plenty of excellent best friends in waiting at your local shelter for you to come and take them home!
