Happy Monday, loyal Life With Dogs readers. A new week brings us yet again another LWD Adoptable Dog of the Day. This one is called Rex, and he comes to us from the Animal Rescue Volunteers in the Simi Valley in California. He loves to be outdoors and active, but what he really loves most is just to be with his people. He’s high energy, yes. However, his perfect match is out there somewhere. Could that be you?
Let’s let the Animal Rescue Volunteers introduce Rex:
Hello, everyone! My name is Rex, and I am already neutered, housetrained, and am up-to-date with shots.
Rex was born approx. July 2013 and is 49 lbs. He was a stray picked up by the shelter. He likes to be with you. He is an active boy and would love to go for runs and hikes with his new owner. Therefore, he needs an active family. He has a high prey instinct so needs a home with NO Dogs and NO cats! Unfortunately, as a result of no dogs and no cats, he is living in boarding facility. We would love for him to be in a furever home and not in the boarding facility.
Stop by and meet our pets on SATURDAYS or if you are not able, email to arrange a convenient time to meet the pet. Adoption events are Saturday from 11 am to 3pm at R and R Pet Lifestyle and Supply at 2780 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley (SE corner of Tapo Canyon and Alamo), except holiday weekends. Please email ([email protected]) ahead to make sure a particular pet will be at adoptions.
