Happy weekend, Life With Dogs readers!  The weekend is FINALLY here and we couldn’t be more excited!  We have a brand new day, and a brand new LWD Adoptable Dog of the Day.  He is called Rex, and he comes to us from our friends at the Animal Rescue Volunteers in Simi Valley, California.

Let’s let Animal Rescue Volunteers introduce Rex:

Rex was born approx. July 2013 and is 49 lbs.  He was a stray picked up by the shelter.  He likes to be with you.  He is an active boy and would love to go for runs and hikes with his new owner.  Therefore, he needs an active family.

He has a high prey instinct so needs a home with NO Dogs and NO cats!  Unfortunately, as a result of no dogs and no cats, he is living in boarding facility.  We would love for him to be in a forever home and not in the boarding facility.
