The criminal has been identified as Ramón Santiago Pineda Villalobos and animal lovers started an online petition to ensure Pineda Villalobos pays for the animal abuse crimes he committed.

According to reports, after the breakup Pineda Villalobos stole Dingo, tied, punched and stabbed the innocent animal, leaving Dingo close to his death.

The horrific abuse left Dingo with little strength to survive, yet, as best he could, he walked a short distance and found a good Samaritans who saved his life.

When a passerby found Dingo, the dog was disoriented and couldn’t stand or walk. He rushed the canine to a veterinarian hospital and vets discovered Dingo had multiple stabs and fractures to his skull and snout.
