Humans of New York shared a photo of a dog suffering from PTSD, and a dog support social network has been set up to help her through her struggles.
“The point of the billboard is to raise awareness,” Bruder said. “Most people don’t have any idea that thousands of animals are being euthanized every year.”
“This year for my birthday I want to raise money for my favorite rescue organization – City Dogs Rescue. We rescued my dog Brooklyn from City Dogs in November,” Ethan said.
“The work done by Pilots N Paws and its hundreds of volunteers not only has saved countless wet-nosed lives, it’s brought joy to the many families who have welcomed these animals into their homes,” said Petmate spokesman Larry Baab.
