Vicktory Dogs Reunite at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary

5 commentsIn 2008 Best Friends Animal Sanctuary took in 22 dogs rescued from Michael Vick’s Bad Newz kennels. On March 11, 2013, 6 of the 22 dogs who have been adopted returned with their families to the Sanctuary for a reunion to mark 5 years of freedom.
its amazing what you all have done to rehabilitate and re-home these dogs….I support pit bull rescues and its a tragedy the many good dogs ,even non-fighting dogs are abused, tortured and euthanized every day.. the laws must be changes starting with reckless breeding…license all those who wish to breed ,make it expensive , violate the law,,,get fined,, or jail time… I was told Germany has no strays ..you must get permission from the government to breed…have to start somewhere..right now everyone (rescues) are just treating the symptoms

what i dont understand people talk about how he is so messed up but everyday there are people out killing all different types of animals and on top of that in some cultures people eat dogs so i really wish people would stop bitching about some punk ass animals. bet yall wouldnt say that shit if a stra dog was to cause some type of harm to your families or someone you car closely about. god forbid ofcourse. there are people out here getting klled and there is nothing being done about it. thats the real shame
Best Friends Sanctuary is truly a God-send. I think what they did for those pit bulls was amazing. It is a true testament to see how those dogs have gone from being abused by Michael Vick to loving homes where they are treated with the respect, love, and care that all animals deserve. I have contributed to the Best Friends organization for years and actually have two rescue dogs. I fully believe in and support their mission and cause!
