You’ve seen the ALS ice bucket challenge videos – now it’s time for the kissed by a pit challenge! Pit bulls come in all shapes, sizes and colors, and they all have different personalities, but the one thing they have in common is their love for smooching. Now their kisses can help other dogs in need – just kiss a pit and donate to the rescue group of your choice!
Dog Park Publishing, a company that prominently features pit bulls in their calendars and other products, has created a new challenge that will help fight against stereotypes by showing what sweet and loving creatures pit bulls are.
To complete the challenge, get a photo or video of you being kissed by the pit bull of your choice, post it online with the hashtag #kissedbyapit, donate $5 or more to the rescue group of your choice, and nominate your friends to do the same. Or just kiss a pit and donate – you don’t have to do it for the attention!
